The more colors that you eat, the healthier your diet.<\/p>\n<p>Weeeeeeellllll&#8230; to a certain extent.  I guess the axiom doesn&#8217;t fit very well with the advent of modern foods, bright neon food dyes, and &#8220;froot&#8221;.
