Ladies and gentlemen, it is Tuesday, July 10th, 2007.
And I just picked my first ripe tomato.
For any of you who are keeping track, that’s two weeks earlier than last year. 🙂 🙂 🙂

Congratulations on the early harvest! I’m very happy for you, although needless to say, I don’t covet your tomatoes. Not in any sense. 😆 (There, Roo, was that careful enough for you? ;))
All things being equal, though, I do wish that a) the weather was cooler and b) we’d had more rain than we’ve had so far. Yeah, it’s great tomato weather, but my peas are stressed out big-time.
