Andrew: the pictures are adorable. Perhaps you were trying to say, HAPPY ADMISSIONS DAY? For all your Mainland readers, that’s the Day Hawaii became the Big 50! Unfortunately, since that time, “they’ve paved Paradise, and put up a….” Wal-Mart? Home Depot? Costco? (nah, nah…Costco’s OK)

Did I ever tell you about our friends’ experience teaching in a public school in Tonga for the Peace Corps in the early 90s? The first day of class, Cynthia leaned back in her chair and fell through a hole in the floor behind her desk. Meanwhile up the hill, the school attached to the local Stake Center had two microscopes and a computer. You guys sure know how to run a business. 😉
Off topic (or rather: on topic): I just ordered a second 320 megabyte GeForce 8800GTS PCI-E card for my gaming rig so I can run two of them in SLI mode: them water effects are gonna be sweeeeeeeet.

Sadly, I don’t have Andrew’s “big daddy” of a system… going to hope it performs adequately with a 7800GT, AMD 3800+, and 3 GB memory. 😕

Hmmm….maybe my computer was trying to save me by utterly failing to work with my new 8800GTS in SLI mode. Stil haven’t played the fucking game. 😡
